Hanapepe Homes For Sale

The Hanapepe and the neighboring town of Ele’ele are both situated along the similarly named Hanapepe River, which drains to the ocean on the southern end of the community. Homes here have distant ocean views as well as beautiful sceneries of the surrounding valley. Port Allen is at the foot of Hanapepe & Ele’ele, with an industrial area near the port providing ample employment opportunities for residents in the community. Salt Pond Beach is notably near both the towns providing a lively outdoor attraction perfect for a day out with family or friends. Hanapepe’s famous Friday ‘Art Night’ has brought this sleepy old town back to life with lively events you’ll surely enjoy.

Serving as one of the larger towns in this region of the island, real estate in Hanapepe has a higher demand compared to other communities in the westside. If you do get a chance to purchase a property here, you should make a reasonable offer as fast as possible to increase the chances of you closing the deal. You’ll find that property prices here have a higher average compared to other rural towns. There’s a good number of vacant lots available for purchase, which are excellent investment options for those looking to build a custom home in the community.
